1) Acceptance

By accessing or using NuxVision (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) What NuxVision is

NuxVision provides analytics-only market insights and opportunity detection in real time. We do not execute trades, hold customer assets, or provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You remain fully responsible for any decisions and for executing orders on your own exchange accounts.

3) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use the Service in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all actions taken under your account.

4) Permitted / Prohibited Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate applicable regulations.
• No scraping, bulk extraction, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass security or rate limits.

5) Pricing & Billing

The Service may offer free and paid plans. If you subscribe to a paid plan, pricing and terms will be shown at checkout. Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. Where applicable, refunds follow the policy displayed at purchase time.

6) Market Data & Availability

Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or third-party failures. We provide the Service on a best-effort, “as is” and “as available” basis.

7) Third-Party Services

Exchanges (e.g., Binance, Bybit) and other third-party tools are not operated by us. We are not affiliated with them and are not responsible for their actions, outages, pricing, or fees.

8) Intellectual Property

NuxVision, its branding, code, and content are protected by IP laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business use.

9) Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, and non-infringement.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NuxVision and its owners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, or opportunities. Our aggregate liability for any claims is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim (or €0 for the free plan).

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NuxVision from claims arising from your use of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

12) Changes to the Service & Terms

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France (conflicts of laws excluded). Courts of competent jurisdiction in France will have exclusive venue. If you need a different jurisdiction later, adjust this clause.
