NuxVision provides analytics-only market insights and opportunity detection in real time. We do not execute trades, hold customer assets, or provide any financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
3) Eligibility & Accounts

- You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all actions performed under it.
4) Permitted / Prohibited Use

- No scraping, bulk extraction, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass security or rate limits.
5) Pricing & Billing
The Service may include free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or third-party failures.

We are not affiliated with exchanges or third-party providers and cannot be held responsible for their outages, pricing, or failures.

NuxVision, its branding, code, and content are protected by IP laws. You receive a limited license for personal use only.
9) Disclaimers
We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10) Limitation of Liability
NuxVision is not liable for losses, damages, lost profits, or indirect consequences.
11) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NuxVision from claims arising from your use of the Service.
12) Changes to the Service & Terms
We may modify or discontinue features at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
