- Service data: Settings, interaction with the app (such as which opportunities or views are opened), and optional feedback.
- Analytics: Privacy-friendly usage metrics via Plausible (no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers).
- Logs: IP address, timestamps, user-agent, and error traces for security and debugging.
- Support: Content of messages you send to us when you contact support.
We do not store API keys to exchanges and we do not have access to your exchange accounts. You remain fully in control and execute any trades yourself.
How We Use Data
- To provide and operate the Service, including performance, reliability, and new features.
- To maintain security and prevent abuse or fraudulent use.
- To respond to support requests and communicate about your account.
- To understand usage in aggregate and improve the product (high-level analytics only).
Legal Bases (GDPR)
- Contract — to provide the Service you request and manage your account.
- Legitimate interests — security, service analytics, and preventing abuse.
- Consent — when required by law, for example for optional marketing emails.
Sharing
We may share data with service providers strictly necessary to run NuxVision (hosting, email delivery, payments, analytics). These providers act under contracts that protect your data. We do not sell your personal data.
International Transfers
Data may be processed in the EU/EEA and, where necessary, in other countries with appropriate safeguards (for example Standard Contractual Clauses). Hosting is currently provided in France by IONOS (EU-based provider).
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, then delete or anonymize it. You can request deletion of your account at any time, subject to legal obligations that may require longer retention.
Your Rights
Under GDPR and similar regulations, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access, correct, or erase your personal data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format (data portability).
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting prior lawful processing.
